Coating Pan- GMP-1
Vibro sifters are circular gyratory screens used to separate mass composition of solids, liquid from solid and for gradation of materials as per particle sizes.
Coating Pan
Pearl Shaped fabricated of SS 304 material with circular opening. Pan provided with mounting pad to be fixed directly on the gear box shaft.
Baffles
Fixed half round argon welded type duly ground and finished.
Drive
Driven by suitable 3 Phase motor coupled through a belt drive with fixed pulley, to a suitable worm gearbox. Pan mounted directly on the shaft of the gearbox.
Mounting
The complete drive arrangement is enclosed in a MS frame duly cladded by SS 304 and provided with doors on both sides for accessibility.
Hot Air Blower
A centrifugal blower powered by suitable 3 Phase motor with inlet filter and damper is fixed to the main body of the Coating Pan.
Heaters
Outlet of the blower is provided with a duct housing air heaters capable of generating temperatures up to 90-100 Deg. The temperature is controlled through Thermostat.
Hot Air Pipe
The hot air is taken through a suitable dia SS 304 fixed pipe line to the pan.

Inter locking of Heater and Blower Motor such that the heaters can’t be switched on with out the Blower Motor being switched on, to protect the heaters.
